Convoy Proclamation

As promised, here is the Lincoln Highway Association proclamation presented to Terry Shelswell at the ceremonies at the Western Terminus in San Francisco yesterday. As I mentioned, I promised the convoy participants to get this posted on your web site so they could each download it and have a copy for themselves. It has been a pleasure beyond words to have a small role in this historic event.
